In Davis County the inventories are falling and the prices are showing signs a stabilizing. These signs point to a shift towards recovery.
In many cases people could buy a home and be paying less than they were in rent! It my be time to get buying a home. Of course everyone's situation is different so consider all your options with the help of a trusted advisor.
